Who We Are
Lloyd EcoDistrict is a community-based organization championing resilience, equity, and climate protection in North and Northeast Portland.
What We Do
We engage the community, form partnerships, and develop programs that create a connected, prosperous, and resilient neighborhood. Our programs include Lloyd Prepares, a collection of emergency preparedness resources, projects, and events and activities designed to build connections and increase the ability of residents, employees, and the Lloyd neighborhood to prepare and respond to various emergencies. We also have an Extreme Heat Response program, which includes initiatives to plan for extreme heat events and activate cooling locations during heat waves.
